Top Service Campaign: 2024

One of the services that differentiate TotalEnergies from competitors and add value to customers is, Top Service. Among the many purposes of exercising such a campaign, promoting different services at service stations, motivate station staff and prepare stations for Top Service mystery motorist audit are the main ones. We have planned to launch Top Service Campaign and Competition between TotalEnergies Service Stations for two weeks (from September 5 to 19, 2024). Selected staff will actively participate in the campaign by visiting and evaluating the stations with the Top Service Evaluation Grid and providing windshield cleaning and under bonnet services. Based on the evaluation result of the first week, ten Service Stations will be selected for the final round. The ten selected stations will be re-evaluated and see the consistency and quality of the service. Based on the final results of these ton stations, three stations with the best high score will be awarded, with a ceremony which will be held in our Head Office.
