Training as part of a customer service package, TotalEnergies Marketing Ethiopia provides annually programmed training to service stations staff, commercial customers staff and other stake holders in the industry.

Training to network stations and commercial customers:

  • How to handle flammable products safely while unloading and dispensing.
  • How to check the quality of fuel using water detecting paste and thermo densimeter .
  • How to use fire extinguishers - practical demonstration by external contractors (service stations staff only).

Training to other stake holders (Regional Trade bureaus):

  • Donation of quality measuring instruments & pastes
  • Training on how to use the quality measuring instruments to handle inspection activities related to fuel quality.
