TotalEnergies Marketing Ethiopia Celebrated InnoDays 2024

December 6, 2024, marked the vibrant celebration of InnoDays 2024 with the InnoDays Challenge, themed "Together as Pioneers, Let's Innovate."

This year's InnoDays marks a historic turning point as TotalEnergies is celebrating its centenary. A century of innovations, adaptations and challenges and the spirit of innovation that has always characterized TotalEnergies.

During the InnoDays 2024 Challenge, ten teams presented their innovative ideas to the jury members:  Mesfin LEGESSE, Mesfin TEFERI, Meried Bekele, Balemlay YASSAB, Elilta ABRHA, Henock YESHEBERU and Selam ZELALEM.

The jury evaluated the innovation ideas based on six criteria: Innovation Rationale (15%), Value Proposition (15%), Feasibility of Idea Implementation (15%), Contribution to the theme of "Together as Pioneers, Let's Innovate" (30%), Sustainability and Scaling-up Potential (20%), and Professionalism and Presentation of the Proposal (5%).
