How to order

Existing customer

Please place all your orders via E-Lube (https://mylubricant.totalenergies.com/web/ethiopia) and E-fuel (https://efuel.totalenergies.com/web/ethiopia), an online ordering solution that can be used to place fuel and lubricant orders via any device at any time.

  • All orders are vetted and validated before processing.
  • Customers will receive an order reference number to confirm that the order has been processed.
  • Only cleared orders (not blocked) are automatically transmitted to respective depots to load, invoice, and deliver.
  • All cleared orders will be delivered at the earliest time possible.
  • Any factors impacting either the release of the customer’s order and/ or the delivery will be communicated to the customer immediately by a Customer Service Executive.

New Customer

It is mandatory that you open a trading account before you can commence ordering the product. For account opening please contact us.

Once the account is open the order process is the same as that listed above.

We advise that you maintain the recommended minimum stock levels and observe the defined lead times to ensure we offer you the desired service level!
