Celebration & Final Day of InnoDays 2022
On December 9, 2022, InnoDays 2022 was celebrated with InnoDays Challenge between the staff with the theme of “Driving Transformation with Customer Centricity”.
For the InnoDays 2022 Challenge, three (3) teams presented their innovative and duplication ideas which were customer centric based for the Jury Members of Mesfin TEFERI, Addis ALEMAYEHU and Eden SOLOMON. The jury members raised different questions and gave constructive comments to the team and the Presentation Day session was very interactive and lively.
The proposed three innovation project titles and names of the team members were: -
Team 1 – “Digital Emergency Response Map” by Fitsum Girma, Merete Lemma, Wendwessen Tefera, and Michael Wessenu
Team 2 – “TotalEnergies Customer App” by Thomas Amde & Eden Sileshi
Team 3 – “Lubricant Membership Card (LMC)” by Eden Tekue, Lensa Tariku and Muuz Tesfay
The jury members reviewed and analyzed the innovation ideas in 6 criterion which were Innovation Rationale (15%), Value Proposition (15%), Feasibility of Idea Implementation (15%), Contribution to InnoDays 2022 theme of “Driving Transformation with Customer Centricity” (30%), Sustainability and Scaling-up Potential (20%) and Professionalism and Presentation of the Proposal (5%).
This morning, based on their assessment, the jury members positioned the three innovative ideas of InnoDays 2022 as per the following rank.
1st - “Lubricant Membership Card (LMC)” by Eden Tekue, Lensa Tariku and Muuz Tesfay
2nd - “Digital Emergency Response Map” by Fitsum Girma, Merete Lemma, Wendwessen Tefera, and Michael Wessenu
3rd - “TotalEnergies Customer App” by Thomas Amde & Eden Sileshi
For the three Innovative idea team members, recognition certificate and award is given.
