The 33rd edition of the TotalEnergies AFCON is being held in Cameroon and the final game is set for the coming Sunday, February 6, 2022. As part of the TotalEnergies AFCON program, the “Ball Kids by TotalEnergies” Drawing contest took place from September 01, 2021 up to September 30, 2021.
The winner, a 14-year-old, Gelila Yohannes was chosen to be an official Ball Kid at the TotalEnergies AFCON, Cameroon 2021. Her drawing emphasized that “Football is a key to the world that brings all together. Even though there are a lot of disagreement and conflicts in the world, football brings the world as one”.
On February 4, 2022, Gelila Yohannes and her father were heading to Cameroon for Gelila to be the Ball Kid for the final match of TotalEnergies AFCON which is held on Sunday, February 6, 2022.
